20% of the total amount (Payments in credit or debit cards and bank transfers)

From 16:00 h to 23:00 h (ask)
Departures:
(Leaving the bedroom) - 12:00h (ask)
Annulation:
In case of booking annulation, a refund of the paid quantities will take place according to the next porcentual rules:
100% if the annulation takes place before 30 days of booked date
50% between 30 and 15 days of booked date
0% with less than 14 days of booked date
Others:
Bedroom cleaning every 2 days (daily under command)
Picnic is not allowed on common zones
